Welcome to TradeOne CRM ("TradeOne", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradeOne CRM website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. About TradeOne CRM

5. Subscription & Billing

Certain features of TradeOne CRM require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay applicable subscription fees.
  • Maintain valid payment information.
  • Authorize recurring billing where applicable.

Subscription fees are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

TradeOne reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or features with reasonable notice.

6. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

  • Trial access is limited to the specified duration.
  • Certain premium features may be restricted.
  • TradeOne may suspend or terminate trial accounts that are used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

7. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the business data you upload to TradeOne CRM.

This may include:

  • Sales data
  • Inventory records
  • Employee information
  • Documents
  • Images
  • Reports
  • Business communications

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your data is accurate, lawful, and that you have the necessary rights to upload it.

8. Data Security

TradeOne implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect customer data.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting access to their accounts.

9. AI Features

TradeOne CRM may provide AI-powered features such as:

  • Content generation
  • Business insights
  • Sales recommendations
  • Report summaries
  • Workflow assistance
  • Predictive suggestions

AI-generated responses are intended to assist users and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before making business decisions.

10. GPS & Location Services

Some features, including field employee attendance, route tracking, travel distance calculation, and visit management, require access to device location.

By enabling these features, you consent to the collection and processing of location information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

11. Third-Party Services

TradeOne CRM may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Maps
  • WhatsApp
  • Email providers
  • SMS gateways
  • Payment gateways
  • Cloud storage providers
  • Social media platforms
  • Other business integrations

TradeOne is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, designs, logos, source code, documentation, graphics, and content related to TradeOne CRM remain the exclusive property of TradeOne or its licensors.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided under these Terms.

13. Availability of Services

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Third-party service outages
  • Force majeure events

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeOne, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.
  • Your violation of applicable laws.

16. Suspension & Termination

TradeOne may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Abuse platform resources.
  • Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

18. Changes to These Terms

TradeOne may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will become effective upon publication on our website or through other appropriate communication channels.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
